Thủ tục cấp hộ chiếu lần đầu, cấp lại hộ chiếu hết hạn

Trong quá trình làm hồ sơ du học hoặc xuất khẩu lao động, hộ chiếu là một giấy tờ bắt buộc bạn cần phải có. Bao Son Manpower xin chia sẻ với bạn về thủ tục làm hộ chiếu lần đầu/cấp lại hộ chiếu hết hạn. Chúc bạn sớm hoàn thiện công đoạn này để mau chóng sang nước bạn học tập và làm việc, thực hiện được ước mơ của mình.

  1. Hồ sơ cấp hộ chiếu:
  • 01 tờ khai mẫu X01 (nhận và điền tờ khai xin cấp hộ chiếu tại cơ quan tiếp nhận hồ sơ)
  • 02 ảnh mới chụp, cỡ 4cm x 6cm, mặt nhìn thẳng, đầu để trần, không đeo kính màu, phông nền màu trắng.
  • CMND còn hạn sử dụng, không ép dẻo, ép nhựa, bong nát…
  • Hộ khẩu ( mang theo nếu được hỏi thì mang ra đối chiếu, không cần công chứng), sổ tạm trú (KT3) hoặc giấy xác nhận tạm trú tại địa phương có công chứng của UBND.
  1. Nộp hồ sơ cấp hộ chiếu:
  • Thời gian: tiếp nhận hồ sơ: từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (trừ ngày Tết, ngày lễ và chủ nhật).
  • Nơi nộp hồ sơ:

+ Phòng Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh Công an tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương nơi thường trú hoặc tạm trú;

+ Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh (áp dụng đối với các trường hợp quy định tại khoản 4 Điều 4 Thông tư số 29/2016/TT-BCA ngày 06/07/2016 của BCA).

  • Lệ phí cấp hộ chiếu:

+ Lệ phí Cấp mới hộ chiếu là: 200.000đ

+ Lệ phí Cấp lại hộ chiếu do bị hư hỏng, hết trang trong sổ, bị mất là: 400.000đ

  1. Nhận kết quả cấp hộ chiếu:
  • Thời gian trả kết quả: Thời gian lấy hộ chiếu trong vòng 1 tuần sau khi nhận hồ sơ hợp lệ, không tính thứ 7, CN và các ngày lễ Tết, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần.
  • Nơi nhận kết quả:

+ Phòng Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh Công an tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương nơi thường trú hoặc tạm trú;

+ Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh;

+ Qua đường bưu điện.

  1. Lưu ý:

Bạn cần giữ gìn cẩn thận để hộ chiếu không bị dính nước hay nhàu, rách.

  • Hãy scan từng trang (kể cả trang bìa và trang trống) của hộ chiếu và lưu vào các thiết bị di động hay lưu trên internet, phòng trường hợp làm mất hộ chiếu thì bản scan này sẽ giúp làm lại hộ chiếu nhanh, hoặc giúp bạn có thể về nước dễ dàng hơn.
  • Khi xuất cảnh, bạn nên để hộ chiếu vào bao da nhỏ, giữ gìn cẩn thận như những giấy tờ quan trọng khác.
  • Tuyệt đối không được làm mất hộ chiếu, vì việc cấp lại hộ chiếu từ nước ngoài rất phức tạp, mất rất nhiều tiền và thời gian, công sức.
