Covid-19 “mở toang” cửa cho lao động Việt sang Đức làm việc

CHLB Đức đang thiếu hụt trầm trọng lao động ở các ngành điện, xây dựng, dịch vụ và y tế do ảnh hưởng của đại dịch Covid-19, tạo cơ hội cho lao động Việt Nam sang làm việc với mức thu nhập cao cũng như cơ hội định cư tại Đức.

Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân lực các ngành nghề đang thiếu hụt tại Đức đồng thời mang đến giải pháp cơ hội việc làm cho thanh niên Việt Nam, Tập đoàn Avestos FAV và Caraloop phối hợp cùng Tập đoàn Bảo Sơn đã tổ chức Diễn đàn Cơ hội, thách thức về việc làm cho Thanh niên Việt Nam tại CHLB Đức”.

Sự kiện được tổ chức tại Hà Nội ngày 8/3, với sự tham gia của bà Nguyễn Thanh Thủy – Phó Chủ tịch Tập đoàn Bảo Sơn; ông Vũ Duy An – Phó TGĐ Bảo Sơn Corp; ông Matthias Kaiser – Chủ tịch Hiệp hội đào tạo nghề Avestos FAV – Tập đoàn Avestos; ông Thomas Krause – Chuyên gia kinh tế CIM; ông Michael Baumeister – Giảng viên cao cấp ngôn ngữ học Anh – Đức. Ngoài ra, sự kiện còn có sự góp mặt của đại diện các Sở LĐ-TB&XH hai tỉnh Sơn La, Nghệ An và đại diện lãnh đạo, giảng viên một số cơ sở GDNN, các trường đại học tại Việt Nam.

Cơ hội việc làm ngay từ khi học 

Tại diễn đàn, các đơn vị của CHLB Đức bày tỏ sẵn sang tiếp nhận thanh niên Việt Nam sang Đức học tập với cơ hội có việc làm có thu nhập ngay trong khi học, sau khi tốt nghiệp và đặc biệt có cơ hội định cư tại CHLB Đức. Trong đó, các nhóm ngành nghề mà nước Đức đang cần là: chăm sóc y tế (điều dưỡng, trợ lý cứu thương, nữ hộ sinh, bác sĩ); nhóm ngành nghề lĩnh vực quản trị (quản trị khách sạn, nhà hàng, đầu bếp, chế biến thực phẩm); lĩnh vực Kỹ thuật (công nghệ ô tô, xây dựng, kỹ thuật điện).

Các đại biểu tại Diễn đàn cho rằng, cơ hội việc làm tại Đức là rất lớn nhưng cũng là thách thức khi đòi hỏi chất lượng lao động rất cao.

Ông Matthias Kaiser- Chủ tịch Chủ tịch Hiệp hội đào tạo nghề Avestos FAV- Tập đoàn Avestos cho biết: Tại CHLB Đức, các doanh nghiệp nhóm ngành kỹ thuật có trình độ cao đang cần tuyển dụng số lượng lao động lớn trước những yêu cầu của chuyển đổi số. Tính đến tháng 4/2021 các doanh nghiệp ở Đức có nhu cầu tuyển dụng lên tới 360 nghìn lao động trong những lĩnh vực cần lao động trình độ cao. Trong khi, theo tính toán của các chuyên gia nghiên cứu, có tổng cộng khoảng 228 nghìn lao động đang thất nghiệp vì không đáp ứng được yêu cầu. Đây chính là cơ hội cho thanh niên Việt Nam nhưng cũng là thách thức vì cũng là thách thức đối với thanh niên Việt Nam khi CHLB Đức đòi hỏi chất lượng lao động rất cao.

Đặc biệt, với tốc độ già hóa dân số và những ảnh hưởng của đại dịch Covid-19, nhu cầu nhân lực nghề chăm sóc y tế ở CHLB Đức cũng trở nên khan khiếm. Hiện nay, CHLB Đức có hơn 3,4 triệu người sống lệ thuộc vào chăm sóc y tế nên cần thêm tới 40 nghìn điều dưỡng/năm. Bởi vậy, nghề điều dưỡng ở Đức đang thu hút nhiều bạn trẻ Việt Nam theo học, bởi những chính sách ưu đãi của Chính phủ Đức dành cho các công dân Việt Nam đến nước Đức học tập và làm việc.

Bảo Sơn Corp – “cầu nối” cho thanh niên Việt Nam

Trong khuôn khổ của Diễn đàn thảo luận này, Tập đoàn Avestos FAV và Caraloop cùng Tập đoàn Bảo Sơn đã ký kết hợp tác về cung ứng nguồn nhân lực, đào tạo du học nghề, kết nối cho các bạn trẻ Việt Nam có cơ hội học tập và làm việc tại CHLB Đức. Theo đó, Bảo Sơn Corp sẽ là đơn vị trực tiếp đủ điều kiện cơ sở vật chất, giáo viên dạy ngôn ngữ, đủ cơ sở pháp lý để  tuyển nguồn nhân lực và đào tạo ngôn ngữ tiếng Đức đạt chuẩn B1 cho các học viên; đào tạo các kỹ năng mềm cho học sinh tốt nghiệp THPT có nhu cầu, nguyện vọng muốn được học tập, du học nghề và làm việc tại CHLB Đức nói riêng và châu Âu nói chung.

Tập đoàn Avestos FAV và Caraloop cùng Tập đoàn Bảo Sơn đã ký kết hợp tác về cung ứng nguồn nhân lực, đào tạo du học nghề.

Với mục tiêu phát triển “ vì con người”, Bảo Sơn Corp luôn đồng hành cùng các bạn trẻ Việt Nam, giúp các bạn có phương pháp học tập tiếng Đức để tự tin tham dự các kỳ thi chứng chỉ quốc tế, cùng các kỹ năng mềm phát triển bản thân, để hòa nhập với môi trường giáo dục nghề nghiệp quốc tế, trở thành những công dân toàn cầu có kỹ năng và tri thức. Tuy nhiên, đây cũng là thách thức cần đến sự quyết tâm, nghị lực của các bạn trẻ trước ngưỡng cửa hội nhập quốc tế”, ông Vũ Duy An – Phó TGĐ Bảo Sơn Corp bày tỏ.

Bên cạnh đối tượng học sinh tốt nghiệp THPT, đối tượng học sinh, sinh viên đã tốt nghiệp hệ trung cấp, cao đẳng và đại học tại Việt Nam cũng là nhóm nhân lực tiềm năng mà Tập đoàn Avestos FAV và Caraloop chào đón tới Đức tiếp tục học tập, làm việc.

Đặc biệt, khi những sinh viên đã tốt nghiệp tại Việt Nam có mong muốn tiếp tục học tập tại Đức, Tập đoàn Avestos FAV và Caraloop sẽ tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để các em được học nâng cao, chuyển đổi bằng cấp theo đúng tiêu chí, kỹ năng nghề nghiệp của CHLB Đức.

Cơ hội mở này đã thu hút nhiều sự quan tâm của các đơn vị đào tạo như: Cao đẳng Y dược Tuệ Tĩnh, Đại học Bách Khoa Hà Nội, Đại học Xây dựng, Đại học Công nghiệp Thái Nguyên, Đại học Y Thái Bình, Đại học điều dưỡng Nam Định…, Sở LĐ-TB&XH các tỉnh, thành…, từ đó định hướng, lan tỏa cơ hội học tập, làm việc cho các bạn trẻ, các em học sinh, sinh viên có cơ hội lựa chọn tương lai việc làm đúng đắn bằng con đường du học nghề tại CHLB Đức.
